Co-Design and Ideation Lab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to our Lab, where creativity meets collaboration. The Co-Design and Ideation Lab is an inclusive space for designers, computer scientists, engineers, social scientists, humanists, and artists to engage in co-creation processes and research, leveraging the power of multi- and inter-disciplinarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of our mission are inclusive dialogue and experimentation. Through interactive workshops and participatory design we prototype, reflect, and study information technologies. The bottom line of our approach is that technologies influence societies as much as societies shape those technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We engage in applied research projects with private and public institutions, and civil society, fostering discussions in the local territory on topics related to inclusion, sustainability, and digital transformation. The lab is part of the Human-centered Intelligent Systems macroarea<\/a> at the Faculty of Engineering and home to the Human Technologies Group, led by Prof. Antonella de Angeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lab is part of a collaborative ecosystem physically located at the Faculty of Engineering that includes the Physical Computing Lab<\/a>, the User eXperience Lab<\/a>, and the CO-SPACE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
